- Terms of Services -

By accepting and purchasing my commission, you agree to all the conditions set forth below:

GENERAL

1. I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork, which includes but is not limited to the reposting, display and use of the artwork for my promotion, unless previously otherwise agreed on.
2. The price listed is for personal commissions only; Commissioners may use the digital file for local printing, avatars, screen wallpapers, etc., as long as there is no profit being made from it. Commissioners are prohibited from reselling or using the artwork for redistribution and external projects, i.e. t-shirts, mugs, public flyers, etc., unless previously agreed on.
3. Commercial commissions are double the listed price and might be higher depending on the usage; Commissioners are allowed to make merch and make a profit with it. Please contact me through email for commercial commissions.
4. I have the rights to alter the Terms of Service at any time. New rules will not apply retroactively and won't influence orders started on older terms.
5. By requesting a commission, the Commissioners agree to respect my art style, meaning they will not ask to amend the color palette and the style of line-art.
6. Please expect slow response on weekends as working days are from Monday - Friday.

ARTWORK

1. It will take me 7-14 days to finish the commission (exclude queue time) depending on the complexity of the work, my schedule, or any other unexpected things. I'm not a fast artist so i don't take rush commission.
2. I will only draw on a plain/solid colored background. Additional decoration might be added.
3. I reserve the right to reject, cancel or stop working on a Commission in case of rude/inappropriate behavior, poor communication, breach of these Terms of Service, in case I'm not comfortable with the idea/concept of the request or the Commissioners provide insufficient reference.
4. I will share previews with watermark. Non-watermark version will be given once the commission is done.
5. If Commissioners wish to post the commissioned work, please post the one with my watermark and credit me @hanabira06.

PAYMENT AND REFUND

1. The payment is made via BCA or BNI (Indonesia) or Paypal (International). Commissioners can pay half or full upfront and the remaining half after the sketch approval.
2. All invoices are due within 7 days from receiving them, unless agreed otherwise. Invoices past the due date will be cancelled along with the Commission request. The Commissioners will be notified of this fact.
3. After the Commission has been paid, no refund can be made, with exceptions including but not limited to:
- While working on the Commission, I realize the request is outside of my capability and I will not be able to execute the Commissioners' idea in the best quality.
- Any of my personal reasons that arise in the middle of the Commission process, preventing me from continuing to work.

WORKFLOW

1. After sending the Commission request and make confirmation, the Commissioners need to make a 50% DP before I work on the sketch. I won't start the sketch before the payment is made.
2. Commissioners must have the character design and references ready, as specific as possible. Visual references would help a lot.
3. Max. 3 free revisions during the commission process: a.) Minor revision (cropping position and color changes) available during all process. b.) Major revision (pose, face, and body feature) only available during sketching process. c.) Major revision after lining process will be charged $5 or IDR 10k/revision.
4. Commissioners are not allowed to use rejected sketches and I'm allowed to use them for future artwork.
5. Commission cannot be canceled or refunded after the sketch has been sent.
6. Commissioners have the right to ask for work-in-progress updates whenever they need, however it is recommended to check my Waitlist on Notion (see Commission Queue) to track the order's progress.
7. Generally, there is no clear estimate on how long will each Commission take. The Commissioners will always be notified of the approximate time frame until the next stage.
8. If there are more commissions in the queue (see Commission Queue), I decide which Commission I will work on first depending on convenience. The fact that a Commission had been started first does not mean it will be finished first (some take longer than others, require more details and/or edits).
9. After the Commissioners satisfy with the Commission, I will send the high quality file in PNG format to the Commissioners' email. By doing so, the Commission is considered to be closed and any further edits asked by the Commissioners after this point will be charged.
